These are officially the best protein pancakes I've made so far!!! The All Bran not only gives tons of fiber, but also makes them soo light and fluffy :) Anndd lots of volume too!
Blend the All Bran in a blender to turn it into flour. Mix all the ingredients and add a bit of water until it makes a thick batter. Let it sit for a bit til the all bran soaks the water and then add some more (not too much!). Cook on a lightly greased pan and voilá! I topped mine with peanut butter and chocolate syrup but use whatever toppings you like
