³ Description

Made with coconut oil and other simple ingredients any home cook should have on hand - and they take less than 30 minutes from start to finish!

² Ingredients

  •  1 dash Salt
  •  1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  1 tsp Baking Soda
  •  1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  •  8 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Spectrum Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
  •  0.8 serving (serving = 1 cup) Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk
  •  4 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) 365 Vegan Chocolate Chips
  •  8 serving (serving = 1/8 tsp) Clabber Girl Double Acting Baking Powder
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Nature's Promise Organic Almond Butter
  •  8 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Gold Medal All-Purpose Flour
  •  48 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Madhava Coconut Sugar

q Directions

Melt down coconut oil and mix in coconut sugar, maple syrup, almond butter and almond (or coconut) milk.
In a separate bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and then slowly mix the dry into the wet ingredients. The mixture will be a bit crumbly - no worries! Add in chocolate chips and form into small cookies. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 for 7 minutes.
Let cool before removing from pan!
Enjoy!
