² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (45g) Pita Bread
  •  1/2 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes
  •  1 tsp Cumin
  •  1 tsp Dill (Dried)
  •  1 tsp Paprika
  •  1 tsp Black Pepper
  •  1 tsp Olive Oil
  •  1 tbsp Lemon Peel
  •  2 clove Garlic

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 cucumber) Trader Joe's Persian Cucumber

q Directions

Mix the ground lamb with salt, pepper, freshly pressed or finely minced garlic, cumin, paprika, dill and lemon zest. When fully mixed, shape into two patties.

Pre-heat oven to 350 and heat up griddle pan with a little bit of olive oil. When hot, add the burger patties. After about 2 minutes, when nice color is on the burger, flip it and place in oven. Cut the pita bread in half and place a burger in each half. Top with cucumber, tomato, feta cheese and optionally a bit of parsley and lemon zest.
