A great twist on a classic recipe! Great flavor and full of nutrients.
Add everything into a food processor and blend until nice smooth with small chunk texture (optionally you can add 1/4 c of parmesan cheese if not vegan)
I've used the kale pesto on a healthy flat bread pizza with low fat mozzarella and fresh veggies, or even smother chicken in it and cook it in the crock pot!
