If you have a guilty pleasure for chicken nuggets and fries, this is an amazing healthy alternative!
For the chicken, spray lightly with olive oil then roll around in almond mixture. Place on baking pan and you're ready to cook them! Chop potatoes up and place in mixing bowl. Add all the spices and toss around till all have been covered. Place on baking sheet and place in oven. Dipping sauce I used organic dijon mustard for the strips and hummus for the potatoes!
Chicken takes about 25 minutes and potatoes take about 35.
