Curry, Almonds, & 100% Imported Italian Pecorino Romano Cheese

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 tbsp Curry Powder
  •  1 tsp Garlic Powder
  •  3 serving (serving = 1 filet) Wal-Mart Wild Salmon Filets
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Wegmans Pecorino Romano
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Diamond of California Whole Almonds
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Tone's Ground Black Pepper
  •  5 serving (serving = 1/3 spray) Spectrum Coconut Spray Oil
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 egg) Food Club Large Egg
   

q Directions

Grind 1/2 tbsp Curry powder, 1 tsp Granulated Garlic, 1/4 cup finely chopped Almonds, 1 tbsp 100% Imported Italian Pecorino Romano, and 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper. Dip fish of choice in egg wash and top with curry/almond mixture. Spray with Coconut Oil. Bake for 20 minutes at 350F
