³ Description

These were inspired by my quest pops, however, these are made with an apple pie quest bar, filled with an apple filling, drizzled with greek yogurt and topped off with coconut sugar.

² Ingredients

  •  1 tsp Cinnamon
  •  1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb) Apples
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 bar) Quest Apple Pie
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Madhava Coconut Sugar
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original
  •  0.24 serving (serving = 8 oz) Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
   

q Directions

Makes 4 mini apple pie quest pops

- 1 apple pie quest
- 1/3 cup diced apple
- sprinkle cinnamon
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- splash almond milk
- sprinkle coconut sugar

Combine your apple, most of your yogurt, your almond milk, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside. Microwave your bar for 10-15 seconds until soft and pliable. Cut into 3 equal pieces and flatten out as much as you can. Spoon some of your apple mixture onto each of your quest pieces then fold your quest around the filling. Combine the rest of your greek yogurt with a little milk then drizzle onto your quest pops and sprinkle with coconut sugar. Enjoy.
