  •  1 cup, cooked Quinoa (Cooked)
  •  1/2 cup, quartered or chopped Apples
  •  1/2 cup, sliced Bananas
  •  1 oz Peanuts
  •  1 oz Vanilla Yogurt (Lowfat)
  •  1 tsp Cinnamon
