Super creamy and delicious - and SO easy to make. Great served with chicken breast.
Roast squash for approx 40 minutes, then pull apart strands. Mix together all ingredients except for cheese and squash. For each serving: mix 1/4 cup sauce with 2 cups squash. Top with basil leaf and 1 tbsp parmesan.
