This is mugcake is incredibly moist. My signature chocolate sauce with added cashew butter tastes heavenly.
This is my amaziiingly super duper easy cake. Here is the recipe: throw egg whites, 2 tbsp of ff greek yogurt, 1/2 tsp baking powder, stevia, 1/2 tbsp cashew butter from #wholefoods,1/4 cup of oats,1/4 banana and 1 tbsp of coconut flour into a blender and blend. Now pour into a greased microwave safe dish and microwave for 3 minutes. Let the cake cool down completely. For my super delish chocolate sauce I mixed 1 tbsp #sugarfree #chocolate pudding,1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tsp of cashew butter and about 1/3 cup of milk. Blend and pour over the cold cake. Decorate with crushed pecans and cashews. This was mmmmmmm I mean I cant even find the right words.
