Nothing better than blueberry pancakes. Even better, these are drenched in a blueberry and raspberry puree then topped off with white chocolate dreams peanut butter.
Blueberry pancakes - makes 6 pancakes
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp sweetener fo choice
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tsp baking Powder
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 scoop vanilla proteinpowder
Combine all ingredients except blueberries. Gently Fold in the blueberries at the very end. Cook and then let cool.
Filling
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- splash almond milk
- spoonful melted white chocolate wonderful
Combine ingredients to make your filling (except banana). Layer your banana slices between your pancakes. Drizzle the rest of the ingredients over your pancakes.
