Very healthy and delectable salad you must try.
Take about 8 sprouts, cut them in half and slice thinly. Add chipped cucumber, 2 baby pickles, lotsa fresh dill. Mix. For dressing whisk together about 1,5 tbsp of white rice vinegar, pinch of salt and 1 tsp of evoo. Pour over the salad and mix. Let is sit for 5-10 min so cabbage gets a little softer. Top is with some avocado and sliced almonds. Perfect combination.
