Healthy. Quick. Yummy. Just how I like it. This will remind you the tuna salad.
1 can chickpeas mashed. To this you add chopped green onions, chopped pickle,salt an cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp regular mustard,1/2 tbsp mayo and greek yogurt enough to mix everything together into a creamy salad. Spread some on whole wheat cracker or brown rice cracker.
