This meal option is perfect for people on the go and I personally love to make it when I travel and take it with me on the plane.
Protein baked oats: 1egg white whisked with 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 cup stevia, 1/2 scoop (15gr) vanilla whey protein (optional, may leave out), 1/4 cup 1%cottage cheese, 1/2 cup almond milk and 1/2 cup oats. Mix and bake at 375F for 30 min. You can also bake it as 2 muffins. Perfect filling meal for on the go people.
The frosting is 1 tbsp greek yogurt mixed with 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder.
