² Ingredients

  •  1 oz Roasted Chinese Chestnuts
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Kroger Walnut Halves and Pieces
  •  1 miniature box (.5 oz) Raisins (Seedless)
  •  1/2 small (2-1/2" dia) Red Delicious Apples
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tortilla) La Tortilla Factory Whole Wheat Low Carb & Low Fat Tortillas
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 packet) Whole Foods Market Stevia
  •  1 tsp Cinnamon
  •  1/2 small box (1.5 oz) Raisins
   

q Directions

The recipe: cut 1/2 sweet red apple into small cubes, add 1 tbsp chopped walnuts, 3-4 chopped chestnuts, 1 tbsp of raisins,1 pack stevia and cinnamon. Mix everything together and put in a center of a low carb or any torilla you like. Fold up and you can either grill it in george forman like I did or on a pan. The heat helps the apples get softer and release some juice and the strudel tastes so flippin fantastic. MUST try!!! But Im telling you: this was a perfect fall breakfast that tasted like dessert!!!
