Decided to share my healthy chocolate mousse with you in case someone would like to have it for dessert today. Its super easy. Blend 1 ripe soft avocado with 1,5 tbsp unsweetened cacao, 1/2 tbsp honey, vanilla and add stevia if you want it sweeter. Blend and chill. It tastes the best when its cold. I topped mine with unsweetened coconut and raw cacao nins ( antioxidants). There are 2 servings here. Enjoy.
