Grilled salmon with bean salad: 1/2 cup red kidney beans+ 1/4 cup peas, 1/4 cup red onions, 1/4 cup tomatoes seasoned with lemon juice and some taco seasoning. Topped with spicy home made guac.: avocado, lemon juice, tomatoes and onions.
