A clean dessert as easy as 1-2-3.
Its super easy: Take a pack of gelatin (7gr) and dissolve is 1/3 cup of water. Then put it into a pan on a medium heat and you will see the gelatin become liquid and transparent. Set aside to cool. Its just meeds to heat through a little bit, dont boil. Meanwhile, blend 1/2 greek yogurt with 1/2 cottage cheese, 1/2 ripe banana, vanilla and stevia to taste. Add the gelatin and mix with a spoon. Pour into a big dish or 2 small dishes and put into the fridge. It will firm up. For topping I mixed peanut butter with a little almond milk and cinnamon.
