³ Description

Super low in calories but very healthy and easy to make. Will keep you full and satisfied.

² Ingredients

  •  2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Marukan Rice Vinegar
  •  1 dash Salt
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  •  1 cup Parsley
  •  1 cup, grated Carrots
  •  1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage
  •  1/2 small Onions
   

q Directions

Just chop a medium sized head of cabbage somewhat thin, 1/2 white onion and grate about 2 big carrots. Put them in a pan and add 1/2 cup water and 2 tbsp white rice vinegar. Mix and let it cook. I like my cabbage slightly crunchy so I only cook for about 20-30 min te most. Once it is cooked I adjust salt and black pepper, add a ton of chopped parsley and just 1 tbsp of olive oil for the entire big saute. Shut the heat off. You got yourself a healthy, easy, yummy and low cal meal.
