³ Description

I love chicken wings, so any time I can emulate the taste I go for it. This turned out quite well, I wouldn't say it would win any prizes for tasting exactly like chicken wings, but it definitely reminded me of them, and was delicious!

² Ingredients

  •  100 g Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten)
  •  1 cup, shredded or chopped Mixed Salad Greens
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  1/4 cup chopped Celery
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Walden Farms Calorie Free Balsamic Vinaigrette
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tsp) Becel Light Margarine
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
   

q Directions

1. Cut chicken breasts into strips, put into bowl and add hot sauce, pepper and margarine, mix well.

2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees, spray a pan and layer chicken strips on top, bake for 20 minutes.

3. In a large bowl mix salad with celery and dressing, layer chicken on top and enjoy
