A delicious take on the typical buffalo wings for a vegetarian!

Directions: Heat pan on stove with a little oil on medium high heat. Slice tempeh into thin strips and place into shallow bowl. Pour sriracha sauce over tempeh strips and coat strips on all sides. Sprinkle sea salt on strips, and place in hot pan. Flip once browned, about 3-5 minutes. When crispy on both sides, remove from pan. Blend yogurt and cottage cheese together. Mix in ranch seasoning. Use this dip for you buffalo "wings".
