² Ingredients

  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Goya Black Beans (Low Sodium)
  •  0.3 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Vitacost Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) McCormick Ground Cumin
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Adams Cayenne Pepper
  •  3 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Cholula Chili Garlic Hot Sauce
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Spice Classics Paprika
  •  200 g Sweet Red Peppers
  •  1 cup Spinach
  •  1 tbsp chopped Onions
  •  3/4 serving (serving = 4 oz) Jennie-O 99% Lean Ground Turkey
   

q Directions

- Wash & hollow out your pepper - removing all seeds.
- Saute veggies and black beans in coconut oil
- Brown turkey and season with cumin, paprika and cayenne
- STUFF
- Place in a baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, 30 for softer peppers
- Drench and Chili Lime Cholula and fresh squeezed lime juice for extra flavor!
