Kick your buttery buffalo chicken wing cravings and make this as your gameday meal or snack instead! High protein & low carb!

² Ingredients

  •  6.5 serving (serving = 4 oz) Perdue Boneless Chicken Breast
  •  1 stalk large (11"-12" long) Celery
  •  1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
  •  3 cloves Garlic
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 cup) Swanson Unsalted Chicken Cooking Stock
  •  8 serving (serving = 1 oz) Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  •  1.33 serving (serving = 6 leaves) Publix Romaine Hearts
  •  2 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Kroger 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  •  1/3 serving (serving = 1 cup) Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
  •  1 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
   

q Directions

In a crock pot combine garlic, onions, celery and chicken breasts, then pour broth overtop.

Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.

Remove chicken from pot and save 1 cup of the broth, disregard the remainder.

Shred your breasts with two forks then return it to the crock pot and pour your saved broth and 1 cup of Frank's Red Hot over top.

Set the pot to high again and cover for an additional 30 minutes.

To prepare the wraps:

Place 1/2 cup buffalo in each leaf (2 leafs per serving)

Top with a tablespoon of shredded cheddar.

Add a dollop of Greek yogurt and 1/4 chopped avocado and enjoy the game!!!
