INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour
• 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Organic High Fiber Coconut Flour
• 1 scoop Cellucor Cinnamon Swirl Whey
• 1 Quest Nutrition Chocolate Brownie Protein Bar
• 2 medium over-ripe Bananas
• 1 cup Libby's Canned Pumpkin
• 2 Egg whites
• 2 Tbsp VitaCost Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
• 25 drops Chocolate Sweet Leaf Liquid Stevia • 1/8 cup baking Stevia
• 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
• 2 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
• 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
DIRECTIONS:
• Preheat oven to 350
• Blend pumpkin & bananas together until smooth
• Pour into bowl & add all wet ingredients
• In separate bowl, combine dry ingredients
• Pour dry into wet ingredients, stir until thoroughly combined
• Chop up your Questbar into tiny bits and mix in evenly
• Spray a bread loaf pan and smooth out your mixture, making a small indentation in the middle for your additional Banana garnish!
• Bake bread in oven for about 20 mins, let cool, slice up & SERVE!
