Guinness meets pancakes! A beer lovers and fit person's dream because Guiness has many health benefits!
Ingredients:
1 medium sized ripe banana
1 large egg
3 oz Guinness extra stout beer
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp whole wheat flour
1 tbsp quick cooking rolled oats
1 tbsp cocoa powder
15 almonds
Directions:
-Mix all ingredients except for cocoa powder in a blender until thouroughly mixed.
-Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat
-Spray cooking spray or whatever you'd like to use to prevent sticking
-Once heated, pour in batter to make one pancake
-While the 1st pancake is making, mix in the cocoa powder to the rest of the batter
-You will now have chocolate batter in which you can use to make two more pancakes
-Pancakes take about 1-2 minutes to cook on each side.
When done remove pancakes and top with honey or your favorite syrup, I'd recommend drinking the leftover Guinness on the side!
