³ Description

A great alternative to use in place of bananas when making pancakes from scratch!

² Ingredients

  •  1 fl oz 1% Fat Milk
  •  1 large Egg
  •  1/2 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet Potato
  •  1 tsp Baking Soda
  •  0.125 serving (serving = 1/2 cup dry) Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Grain Extra Thick Rolled Oats
  •  0.0625 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Bob's Red Mill Organic Buckwheat Flour
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein - Vanilla

q Directions

Ingredients:
1/2 of a medium sized sweet potato
1 large egg
2 tbsp of Bob's Red Mill organic whole grain extra thick rolled oats
1 tbsp of Bob's Red Mill organic buckwheat flour
1 tsp of baking soda
2 tbsp 1% milk
1/2 scoop vanilla whey

In a blender mix all ingredients until thoroughly blended into a thick pancake mix. * I like to mix the egg, milk and sweet potato first, then add every dry ingredient one at a time.

In a small non stick pan or lightly greased pan over medium-low heat pour in pancake mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Remove from heat and top with whatever you'd like! :)

Makes 3 small pancakes.
