These pancakes are a great way to incorporate fruits. They're also moist because of the delicious red apple!

² Ingredients

  •  0.4 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Bob's Red Mill Organic Regular Rolled Oats
  •  0.333 serving (serving = 1 container) ShopRite Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
  •  1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
  •  1 small (2-1/2" dia) Red Delicious Apples
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 medium) Dole Bananas
  •  2 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) Egg Beaters 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein - Chocolate
   

q Directions

Pancakes:
1/2 medium banana
1/2 small red apple
3 tbsp rolled oats
1 scoop chocolate whey
2 egg whites
-Mix all ingredients in a blender and cook like pancakes over medium heat. Makes 4 mini cakes.

Sauce:
2 oz plain no fat greek yogurt
1/4 banana
1/4 apple
-Blend til you get desired consistency adding milk/water if needed

Fruit topping:
1/4 apple
1/4 banana
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
-Saute all ingredients in a pan over medium heat

Top each pancake with sauce then with fruit topping and enjoy!
