³ Description

These pancakes are a great way to incorporate fruits and veggies. They add a fun color to your breakfast and the best part is that you can't even taste the spinach!

² Ingredients

  •  1 large Egg
  •  1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana
  •  0.188 serving (serving = 1/2 cup dry) Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Grain Extra Thick Rolled Oats
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 cup) Private Selection Organic Baby Spinach
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein - Vanilla

q Directions

Ingredients:
1/2 cup baby organic spinach
1 small banana
1 large egg
3 tbsp of Bob's Red Mill organic whole grain extra thick rolled oats
1/2 scoop vanilla whey

Directions:
1. In a blender mix all ingredients until thoroughly blended into a thick pancake mix. * I like to mix the egg, banana and spinach first, then add the other ingredients one at a time.
2. In a small non stick pan or lightly greased pan over medium-low heat pour in pancake mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
3. Remove from heat and top with whatever you'd like!

Makes 3 small pancakes.
