High calorie... yes. But sometimes your body and especially your mind needs a treat. And this is a healthy way to do it. And if you have a lot of macros left at the end of your day...why not! Chocolate and Peanut Butter! :)
.) I used a gluten free tortilla, sprayed it with "butter flavored" cooking spray, and massaged (seriously, hehe) a chocolate mixture of 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder and 1/2 tablespoon stevia into the tortilla. **The tortilla I used was Rudis gluten free and is 90 calories, pick your favorite and adjust facts!**
.) Bake in a tortilla pan (I got mine at the dollar store!) for 10 minutes at 375. These pans are worth it.
.) Make your peanut butter "magic shell" hardening goodness. Take 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter and 1 teaspoon coconut oil and mix well.
.) After tortilla has baked and cooled a bit, put in this peanut butter magic all around the inside of the bowl. Throw in the freezer!
.) Time for the protein frozen yogurt... take one frozen banana, 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum, and 1 scoop chocolate whey and blend in food processor!
.) Pour this into your bowl and top with 1 tablespoon peanut butter chips and chocolate chips! Enjoy. It's okay to live a little and indulge.
