q Directions

Ingredients:
-1 tablespoon oat flour (Don't have oat flour? Grind up regular oats in a magic bullet or food processor til flour like. It's easy, I promise!)
-1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
-4 tablespoons egg whites
-1 tablespoon plain greek yogurt
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-1/2 cup mixed berries
-3 tablespoons MRM Fruit-N-Whey Mixed Berries (approx. 1/2 scoop)

Directions:
1.) Mix oat flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, egg whites, plain greek yogurt, baking powder, and only 2 tablespoons of MRM Fruit-N-Whey Mixed Berries in a mug. Please spray mug if you want it to slide out. 2.) Add 1/4 cup mixed berries. 3.) Microwave for one minute. These mug cakes go from perfection to dry in seconds. So after a minute, check it out, and if it still seems undone add 5 seconds. 4.) Mix the rest of the mixed berries (if frozen, microwave for a few seconds) with 1 tablespoon of MRM Fruit-N-Whey Mixed Berries. 5.) Add topping to mug cake and enjoy! 175 calories, 3 grams fat, 21 grams carbs, and 20 grams of protein!
