Perfect pre workout fuel or post workout snack! Kicks the sweet tooth craving too ;)
Ingredients:
1/2 banana, mashed really well
1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tbs coconut flour
1 tbs almond milk
1 mini whole wheat tortilla (I used La Tortilla Factory)
1. Mash banana and mix with protein powder
2. Place mixture in the middle of a tortilla
3. Fold tortilla creating 4-sides (as if folding a burrito)
4. Cook on stove, about 2 minutes on each side
5. Top with whatever you'd like (coconut butter, nut butter, jam) or eat plain
6. Devour!
