This is such a yummy breakfast! Great source of carbs, fats, and protein for a killer workout!
This serving size was perfect for me, but I'm short and petite. Feel free to double or even triple the recipe!

1 slice Genesis bread (or Ezekiel, or whatever bread you want)
1 egg white
1/2 banana, mashed
1/4 cup almond milk
Cinnamon
1 tbs. coconut butter (or almond butter)

1. Cut bread into strips
2. Mix egg white, banana, milk, and cinnamon
3. Soak strips of bread in mixture, on both sides
4. While cooking on the stove, melt coconut butter (mix with a little water to keep a syrup-like consistency)
5. When finished cooking, top with coconut butter and any other toppings (I used blueberries :))
