Great way to start your day.. Basic ingredients & very simple recipe! Top with whatever you'd like.. Berries, nut butter, yogurt, or dark chocolate chips!
Ingredients:
2 tbs oat flour
3 tbs nonfat, plain greek yogurt
1/2 scoop chocolate MRM veggie protein (or other protein powder)
2 egg whites
1 tbs natural almond butter
Directions:
1. Mix oat flour, yogurt, protein powder, and egg whites
2. Pour batter into pan (about 3-4 pancakes)
3. Cook over med-low heat for 2-3 minutes each side
4. Top with almond butter
