A healthy twist on a dessert classic! Enjoy that fudge-y brownie taste without all the butter and sugar.
â–ª 200g beetroot, cooked
â–ª 3 eggs
â–ª 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
â–ª 1/4 cup almond milk
â–ª 1/4 cup raw honey
â–ª 1/4 cup Choco Choco peanut butter
â–ª 3 squares Ghirardelli 100% unsweetened cacoa
â–ª 1 tsp coconut oil
â–ª 2 tsp vanilla extract
â–ª 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
â–ª 1/2 cup coconut flour
â–ª 2 packets Truvia
â–ª 1/4 cup dark chocolate morsels
》》Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x9 pan. Microwave chocolate and coconut oil for 1 min, until liquid. Combine all ingredients and pour into pan. Bake 23 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Cut into 15 squares. Macros: 13g carbs (3g fiber), 4g protein, 6.5g fat ✨
Caramel topping: 100g dates + 1 cup light coconut milk. Chop dates up. Place in large skillet with coconut milk over medium-low heat. Stir until dates are mostly dissolved. Pulse in blender to make completely smooth. 》》3g carbs per teaspoon
