This protein snack tastes like dessert! :-)
1. Rinse & drain chickpeas.
2. Blend chickpeas, 1 scopp Whey, 2tsp hazelnut butter & 1 1/2 tsp cacao in a food processor.
2. Place plastic wrap in a small plastic bowl (approx 10x10cm, 4X4inches) and pour the batter.
3. Set in the freezer.
4. Blend all ingredients for the chocolate coating(pitted dates, 1tbsp Whey, 1 tsp cacao & 1tbsp Almond drink) with a hand blender or in a food processor.
5. Pour chocolate coating over the batter, sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts(7g) and place in the freezer for about 1.5 hours.
6. Divide into pieces and enjoy!
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge.
