The centre of this cake should be slightly undercooked - you will know the cake is done if a toothpick inserted into the sides comes out clean.
Preheat oven to 175c. Line the base of a ramiken with baking paper. Sift together all dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix well until batter is smooth. Pour 2/3 of the batter into the ramiken, place the pip of chocolate in the centre and cover with remaining batter. Bake for 9-12 minutes and let the cake sit for a minute before removing from ramiken.
