It's not too good to be true.... healthy ice cream!
Make sure your banana is frozen. Combine the banana, 1 scoop of chocolate whey, 3 tbsp of greek yogurt, and 1 tbsp of cocoa powder in a blender. Freeze for two hours.
For the brown topping: Combine 1 tbsp of chocolate whey, 1 tbsp of greek yogurt, 1/2 tbsp of dark chocolate chips (melted with 1/2 tsp of coconut oil) and 1 tbsp of coconut flour. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees in 1-2 muffin tins.
Let ice cream thaw for about 5 minutes before eating. Top with melted peanut butter and crumbled brownies!
