A simple and delicious unbaked homemade protein bar!
Combine oats, protein powder, peanut butter, coconut milk and flax seed. Divide evenly among 8 molds (dessert bar silicone tray), Freeze for 20 minutes. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together and drizzle over bars. Melt the coconut butter and drizzle over bars. Store in the fridge or freezer.
