2 egg whites 1/8 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup unsweentened coconut 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 1 scoop protein
1. preheat oven to 325
2. beat eggs with salt until stiff peaks form
3. in separate bowl mix coconut, cocoa & protein powder
4. gently fold in coconut mixture with eggs and vanilla
5. bake for 9-11 min, make sure to not overbake, otherwise they will become a little dry
