The more I experiment with mug cake, the more I realize how significant mug cake is. It's just crucial in the world. The world isn't the same without mug cake. Anyway, this one was a hit. The peanut butter frosting is optional, but extremely encouraged!

q Directions

Ingredients for cake:
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
Stevia powder to taste
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup almond milk
3 tbsp liquid egg whites

1. Combine dry ingredients in a greased mug, then add in wet ingredients
2. Microwave for 2 minutes, checking periodically (depending on the steepness of the mug, the cake will tip out of it if you don't let it take a few interval breaks)
3. Cake is ready. Let them eat cake.

Ingredients for peanut butter frosting:
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
Stevia to taste

1. Combine the ingredients and microwave for about 20-30 seconds.
