A quick and easy dinner. My kind of meal. Adjust the seasonings to your liking - the spice wasn't unbearable for me but I'm sure it can be for many! Also, I included the quinoa in the recipe because that's what I used. Any grain will do. My black bean and quinoa servings were different from what I indicated in here, so adjust according to your dietary needs.
1. Prepare quinoa or grain (or no grain) as you normally would.
2. Finely mince garlic and add to seasoning mixture
3. Heat up a teaspoon of EVOO in a pan and add ground turkey
4. When meat is browned, remove meat from pan and add the peas, black beans, seasonings, garlic, salsa, and sriracha
5. When fully heated, add turkey back into the pan and heat on low
6. Add cooked quinoa to skillet, stir
7. Enjoy!
