These chocolate treats will more than satisfy your sweet tooth! So easy to make and very tasty!
In a large bowl combine chocolate whey, erythritol and cacao. In a small saucepan over medium heat stir together coconut palm sugar, coconut oil, brewed coffee and vanilla extract until melted together. Remove from the heat and pour into the large bowl. Blend together before adding puffed whole grain rice. Stir together until all the puffed rice is coated. Spoon 1-2 tbsp of the mixture into each muffin wrapper and press to place with the back of a spoon. Place in fridge to set.
