A light decedent dessert that is easy and simple to make.

q Directions

Mix together in a medium bowl 1 packet unflavored gelatin with 1/3c water, put aside. Next in a small pot pour in 1c chocolate almond milk, 1 TBSP Unsweetened Cocoa, 6 Stevia packets, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 TBSP Strawberry puree, and 1 tsp agave nectar. Stir for a minute and let it come to a slight simmer, pour the chocolate mixture into the gelatin mixture and stir until both mixtures are combined. Next, PAM Spray 2-3 ramekins and pour the mixture into each, refrigerate for 3-4 hours until set. Top with more strawberries and chocolate sauce!
