Got fancy in the kitchen this morning and whipped this awesome Cinnamon Banana Coconut Cake with a Peanut butter Cream cheese topping, ridiculously simple recipe and great macros too!

q Directions

All you need is 2tbsp coconut flour, 30g nonfat greek yogurt, 30g banana, 60g egg whites, cinnamon + splenda. Blend banana + whites together then mix w/ the coconut flour + yogurt, add some water to it until it's a thin batter. Pop in the microwave for 3min, you may need to cook longer, keep checking, I start w/ 3min and usually cook it another couple times 1min at a time until it's firm in the middle. Top w/ whatever ya want! I did a tbsp of fat free cream cheese and about half a scoop of @gasparinutrition pb cookie myofusion!
