This recipe was inspired by one of Michael Kory's oatmeal dishes. It's not as fluffy as I normally like them. But, good none the less. Play with it and have fun!
2 T- Greek Yogurt
1/2C- Rolled Oats
3/4C- Unsweetened Almond Milk
3/4 Scoop- Vanilla Whey or Cinnamon Bun Casein (I used Vanilla, but CB would be BETTER!)
1tsp- Ground Cinnamon
1tsp- Truvia for Taste
1tsp- Baking Powder
1tsp- Xanthum Gum
I feel like you can add banana for carbs if you needed too. Or use regular oats. This is just what I used for last night. I doubled the recipe to make it fit my macros. Sooo yummy though!
1. Mix dry and Wet seperately, fold in wet ingredients.
2. Spray your pan with non stick.
3. Pour batter evenly on skillet.
4. Cook on both sides.
5. Add whatever topping, I used sugar free maple syrup.
6. Eat and Enjoy!
