Enjoy this yummy cinnamon flavored mugcake topped with a mixed berry puree! Perfect for dessert or breakfast or even dinner if your heart desires ;)
Cinnamon vanilla mugcake with berry puree -
- 6 tbsp whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp sweetener of choice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- almond milk
Combine ingredients and add milk until a batter forms. Microwave for 1 min 30 seconds and set aside to cool. Meanwhile, prepare your berry puree:
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries and raspberries, combined
- 1/2 cup SO delicious cultured coconut milk
Get out 3 separate bowls and add the blueberries to one, raspberries to another, and combined blueberries and raspberries to the last. Add a spoonful of your cultured coconut milk to each bowl and mix well. Top your mugcake with each puree. top off with almonds, if desired. Enjoy!
