Fun twist on a traditional banana split made with banana ice cream, pea protein, strawberries, and baking cocoa.

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup dry) Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
  •  2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
  •  1/2 cup, halves Strawberries
  •  1 oz Peanuts
  •  0 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Peanut Butter & Co Dark Chocolate Dreams Peanut Butter
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 level scoop) Now Foods Pea Protein
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Baker's Corner Baking Cocoa
  •  0.2 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original
   

q Directions

Banana split smoothie

Vanilla
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 scoop pea protein, unflavored (or vanilla protein of choice)
- splash almond milk
- 1/4 cup oats

Strawberry
- 1/2 cup strawberries

Chocolate
- 1 large spoonful baking Cocoa

Toppings
- peanuts and almonds
- dark chocolate dreams

Directions
Carefully remove your bananas form their peels and set one aside. This will be your bowl. Combine ingredients in blender to make your vanilla layer. Portion out 1/3rd of it into a glass and set in freezer. Add your strawberries to your blender and blend until smooth. Add half of this mixture to a separate glass and place in freezer. Add your baking cocoa to the last of your mixture in your blender and blend until smooth. Add the chocolate layer to your banana boat and carefully spoon the strawberry and vanilla layers into the banana. Place in freezer to let it firm up then top with your toppings and enjoy!
