³ Description

Cookie dough and brownie combined into one, need I say more? This is a clean eating recipe you can't ignore!

² Ingredients

q Directions

Cookie Dough Layer
2 cups oat flour (processed oats work too)
1 mashed banana
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
7 drops liquid stevia (if you dont own this, just double up your honey)

Brownie Layer
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp egg whites
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp honey
5 drops liquid stevia (same as above if dont have)

Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix brownie layer and cookie dough layer separately.
Line 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper (this makes it easier to take out of the pan once baked)
Once the brownie layer is mixed, press into the bottom of baking pan, spread out evenly.

Take cookie dough layer and spread over top. Place in oven and let bake for 26 minutes. Let cool for about 15-20.
