A twist to your traditional pad thai! Healthy and full of flavour!
Directions
Put noodles on first, vermicelli noodles traditionally do not take long to cook, so strain and let sit when finished. In a frying pan, cook mushrooms, cabbage and carrots until softened. Add in chicken and let cook through on frying pan. In a small sauce pan mix sauce ingredients together. Once warm and chicken cooked, add together in mixing bowl, plate and pour sauce on top! Serve and enjoy!
