Hummus is awesome as its super easy, healthy, and delicous! Simply dump the following in a food processor and pulsecontinuously until smooth; 1 can chickpeas (drain all but the bottom inch of liquid from the can), 2T tahini, 2T olive oil, 2T lemon juice , 2T minced garlic (can use less if you don't like a strong garlic flavour!), a splash of hot pepper juice (optional), 2t cumin, dash of pink sea salt. Optional - Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, italian herbs and paprika.
